The staff at Bayside works diligently to uphold the tradition of serving the highest quality cuisine using only the freshest ingredients. This means using local whitefish and lake trout, procuring seafood from the most reliable sources (flown in fresh just hours from the time it was caught). You'll find aged beef, spring lamb, and - of course, homemade pastas. Locatedat the Drummond Island Resort bowling center, this is the resort's breakfast spot and a popular eatery. Pizza is a big draw; 16" classic, Mexican, chicken fajita, and veggie pizzas are all made fresh on-site. Then there's a big sandwich menu homemade soups, salads, and nightly specials.
